Privacy Policy
We take privacy seriously—yours and your users’.
Here’s what we do (and don’t do) with data.
What We Collect
- When you create an account, we collect your email address. That’s it.
- We use cookies to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no weird scripts, no stalking.
- We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from the comments we moderate. We don’t know who wrote what, and we like it that way.
What We Use Your Email For
- We’ll send you emails about your account—password resets, billing stuff, service updates.
- We won’t send you marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
- We’ll never sell, rent, trade, or “accidentally leak” your email address. Ever.
Your Data, Your Call
- You can delete your account and wipe your data at any time. If you do, we’ll remove everything we’ve got on you.
- We store data on regional cloud servers (e.g., AWS, GCP), but we don’t control or specify the exact locations.
Who We Share With
We use third-party services for:
- Billing and subscriptions
- Authentication and session management
They only get the data they need to do their jobs, and nothing more.
About Future Logins
We don’t support OAuth (like Google login) today, but we might in the future. If we do, we’ll keep it secure and transparent.
No Creepy Fine Print
We don’t track you across the web. We don’t build profiles. We don’t sell data. We’re here to moderate comment sections, not run a shadow ad business.
Updates to This Policy
If anything changes, we’ll update this policy and let you know. You’re always welcome to ask us questions at admin@respectify.ai.
