Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Respectify. If you’re not satisfied with how things are going, we’ll make it right—with a refund.
Here’s how it works:
- If you’re on a monthly plan, and you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund your most recent month—as long as you ask within 10 days of your billing date.
- If you’re on an annual plan, we’ll refund the unused portion of your year plus one month. Same rule: you’ve got 10 days from the most recent billing date to request it.
- Refunds are one-time only per customer. If you’ve already had a refund, future payments are final.
To request a refund, just email us at admin@respectify.ai and include your account info. That’s it. We’ll take care of you.
